Our lab studies the interaction between wild animals and their surroundings in a complex ecosystem. We analyze  how the change in environmental factors such as climate change or human activities affect wild animal's population and ecology and we predict the consequences.

 To do this, we try to analyze the interaction of many factors more intuitively and clearly by using mathematical, statistical and modeling techniques.

 We are targeting mainly wildlife especially birds and mammals, also invasive species such as stray cats and nutria are also our study topic. My graduate students and I are focusing on how to manage wildlife population and their habitats for the harmonious coexistence of humans and animals based on an understanding of wildlife ecology.
